Please note that you can collect your Krakow Card from Info Krakow points:

• Krakow Story at Plac Wszystkich Świętych 2 - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily
• InfoKraków at Jana 2 - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily
• InfoKraków at Szpitalna 25 - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily
• InfoKraków at Os. Zgody 7 - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily
• Krakville Tours at Sienna 17 - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily

The Museum Pass is valid for 3 consecutive days. 

It does not matter at what time the card is activated (e.g. if the card is to be active from 01/01, it means that you can use it from midnight on 01/01/2/01, until midnight on 03/01).

The card is activated when the physical card is picked up, after it is signed by the user and the start date is completed. You can activate the card on a day other than the day on which it is picked up (e.g. the customer receives the 1.01 payment but wants to use it 5.01,6.01,7.01 - that's ok).
