Krakow Museum Pass (3 days)
Please note that you can collect your Krakow Card from:
- Jordan Cafe at Długa 9- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily
- Hotel Galaxy at Gęsia 22a- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily
- Legends of Cracow at Pawia 8 - 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily
The Museum Pass is valid for 3 consecutive days.
It does not matter when the card is activated (e.g. if the card is to be active from 01/01, it means that you can use it from midnight on 01/01/2/01, until midnight on 03/01).
The card is activated when the physical card is picked up, after it is signed by the user and the start date is completed. You can activate the card on a day other than the day it is picked up (e.g. the customer receives the 1.01 payment but wants to use it 5.01,6.01,7.01 - that's ok).

Krakowska przepustka miejska (2 dni)
Proszę zwrócić uwagę, że Kartę Krakowa możesz odebrać od:
- Wycieczki Krakville w Siennie 17- codziennie od 10:00 do 19:00
Przepustka muzealna jest ważna 2 kolejne dni. Możesz skorzystać z bezpłatnego transportu publicznego - autobusów i tramwajów w mieście.
Nie ma znaczenia, kiedy karta zostanie aktywowana (np. jeśli karta ma być aktywna od 01/01, oznacza to, że możesz z niej korzystać od północy dnia 01/01/2/01, do północy dnia 03/01).
Karta jest aktywowana po odebraniu karty fizycznej, po jej podpisaniu przez użytkownika i zakończeniu daty rozpoczęcia. Możesz aktywować kartę w dniu innym niż w dniu jej odebrania (np. klient otrzymuje płatność 1,01, ale chce z niej skorzystać 5.01,6.01,7.01 - to w porządku).
